To the first-year underground students

The first-year undergraduate students seem to lack the requisite knowledge to understand education research and its characteristics related to the course subjects, because their curriculum mainly comprises of general subjects. Transfer Opportunity

Students are not allowed to transfer to the Civil Engineering Course until they advance to the third year. Therefore, they are required to receive education and conduct research for at least two years after admission, or to study for four years if they advance to the first stage of the doctoral course, in the Civil Engineering Course and the Civil Engineering Division.
 Students will become accustomed to the atmosphere of the Civil Engineering Course during the two or four years at the university and will be prepared to venture into the professional world. Transfer may be a better option than admission to the graduate school, as it will provide the students with the opportunity to attend classes and work on their graduation and master theses, in addition to acquiring diverse basic and professional skills.
In the case of a transfer, students will not be disadvantaged in employment opportunities and advancement to the next stage of education. Every student can achieve his or her goal by working hard and being active in taking up challenges.
